Each of us relies on our computer for an increasing number and variety of daily tasks. Most of us would be lost nowadays without this trusty aid at our side, yet few know how to look after a computer properly; let alone repair it when things go wrong - which is when the headaches start and the offending PC can turn into an expensive paper-weight.

Luckily the majority of problems are usually the result of simple negligence and serious issues are usually avoided if caught early enough. However, without specialised knowledge things can easily be missed and, once the damage has been done, repair centers and seeking professional advice “after the event” can prove very costly indeed.

Prevention has always been better than cure and because our customers have my direct line, help is always at hand - however seemingly ‘minor’ the problem. It is, often, the “small” problems that prove the most frustrating, difficult to resolve and invariably seems to strike at the most inconvenient, critical moment.
